Here’s how I did it…
STEP 1: In 2019, I hired a coach to help me transform my body.
I knew what to do, but I needed accountability.
Under his guidance, I went from 20% body fat to 10% while traveling in Southeast Asia.
I achieved this while eating Pad Thai, mango, and sticky rice (a typical Thai dessert).
STEP 2: In 2021, I started working with business coaches.
Since then, we have gone from 5-10k/month to 20-50k/month, all while working less and enjoying our business more.
STEP 3: In 2021, I consulted with Manny from WellBuiltStyle to upgrade my wardrobe.
In the past, I’d buy expensive clothes that would sit in my closet because I had no idea how to put them together to form outfits.
With his help, I spent less money, bought higher-quality pieces, and learned how to put them together for any occasion.
My social media is much better for it.
COACHING IS THE SHORTCUT YOU’RE LOOKING FOR.
In the past, I told myself that I could figure these things out on my own.
But my results told a different story.
Then, I checked my ego and sought help from experts.
As a result, I’ve made more progress in a few years than in a decade.
Hiring experts is the only shortcut that works.
Keep this in mind if you feel like you’re spending too much time figuring out your health & fitness without the results to show for it.

1. Summer’s Around the Corner: Are your habits holding you back?
Pay attention to habits that send you into a downward spiral:
Drink alcohol => sleep bad.
Sleep poorly => feel like crap
Feel like crap => skip the gym.
Miss your workout => eat junk.
Eat junk => gain weight.
Gain weight => feel depressed.
Feeling sad => drink alcohol
2. Too busy to take a walk? Try this simple yet powerful alternative
Walking is great for your health.
But it’s takes time to get it in.
That’s why this 2024 study published in the Scandanavian Journal of Medicine & Science in Sports compared walking to bodyweight squats for better blood sugar health.
They had the overweight/obese participants sit for 8.5 hours per day.
One group took a daily 30-minute walk. The other group performed 10 bodyweight squats every 45 minutes.
The participants who took “Squat Breaks” had better blood sugar than the folks who walked for 30 minutes.
So, if you’re too busy to get your steps in, set a timer to take a break every 45 minutes and do 10 bodyweight squats.
Your metabolic health will thank you!
3. The best way to unlock your shoulder mobility.
Exercise of the week: Single Leg Glute Bridge
Why try it?
- Safeguard your knees
- Boost glute strength
- Bulletproof your lower back
How?
Reps: Aim for 10-30
Sets: 2-4
Need an additional weight? Add a dumbbell for an extra challenge!
Give this bodyweight glute exercise, which you can do anywhere, a try.
