Look, I’m not gonna tell you that we can “reverse” the aging process. We can’t time travel.

1. Want to know if you’ll get heart disease in the next 30 years? Then take this (free) test.
The biggest mistake I see men over 40 make with their health: Not using data.
Sure, you get your yearly check-up. But doctors spend about 15 minutes per consultation.
And they (mistakenly) tell you that you’re “fine” when there are obvious problems.
So you’ll need to take your health into your own hands if you want to prevent diseases like heart disease.
Fortunately, the American Heart Association put together this free risk calculator. It’s actually for doctors. But your primary physician probably hasn’t done this with you – so do it yourself! All you need is a few data points (that you should have from your last doctor’s visit) and plug them in.
It can tell you if you’re low, borderline, intermediate, or high risk for heart disease.

2. Does stem cell treatments work for joint pain, injuries, and osteoarthritis?
As you may know, on Feb 17th I received stem cell injections in a bunch of my joints.
It was a big decision. One that I thought about for months. But I was desperate to find an answer so I took the leap and had this experimental procedure done.
And I recorded an episode about it.
In the episode, I talk about: • The science of stem cells

- My thoughts about stem cells (and if you should consider them)
I’ve learned so much from my experience. And I’m happy that I can guide you to make an informed decision about whether stem cell injections are something you should consider.
But I also learned about a different treatment that you should do right away if you’re suffering from joint pains or injuries.

3. My favorite shoulder warm-up exercise before training.
The exercise of the week is the Dumbbell External Rotation.
This is a great exercise for your rotator cuff muscles that externally rotate the shoulder (infraspinatus and teres minor).
In this video, I show you how to do it right.
If your shoulders are sore, try using light weight (1-3 lbs) and perform 1-3 sets of 15-20 reps.
If your shoulders are healthy, use heavier weights (5-10 lbs) and perform 1-3 sets of 8-12 reps.
Use 1 set to warm-up before your upper body workout and/or do 1-2 sets after your workout.
