Or are you telling yourself the lie that you’ll suffer now for happiness later?

The harsh truth:

There’s only this moment.

There is no happiness later.

Choose to be happy today.

Choose to do something today that matters to you.

Choose to take action on something that makes you feel alive.

According to the CDC, roughly 12% of the US population has diabetes. And 1 in 3 Americans has prediabetes. But 84% of them don’t know it.

Diabetes will ruin your life by causing a downward spiral in your health:

  • Insulin resistance

How do you know if you have blood sugar issues?
