Q: What if I don’t have access to a gym or equipment? 

No equipment, no problem.

Every workout is customized to fit the needs of our client. Many of our clients have home, gym, and travel workouts.

Regardless of what tools you use, the same training principles apply.

Each program is designed based on your needs and preferences because that’s what I’ve found gets the best results. 

 

Q: I’ve been a part of other programs and didn’t get results. How do I know this will work? 

I can’t speak for the other programs because I wasn’t a part of them.

But what I can tell you is that we focus on getting our clients results within the first week.

Why?

Because I’ve found after 25+ years of coaching high-achievers that good results when they first start the program leads to better results when ending the program.

In fact, our mission is to help you lose 10 lbs in the first 4 weeks of our coaching program.

We coach you on the mindset and strategies to make this happen. And we hold you accountable to implementing what we teach you.

Q: How much time will I need to dedicate to this daily, and how will it fit into my already busy schedule?

On your onboarding call, we’ll come up with a program customized to your schedule. And it’ll be adjusted if your schedule changes.  

For instance, we had clients doing 10-minute workouts or 15-minute workouts and getting great results. The average is 2 hours per week.

Most importantly, you’ll learn how to stay consistent throughout the year no matter how much time you have to dedicate to your health & fitness.

Q: What’s the difference between you and a personal trainer or other high-end online programs?? 

I spent 19 years working with CEOs and celebrities as a personal trainer in Miami Beach.

One of the reasons I left personal training was because I saw that while personal training was great for clients who needed to learn how to perform exercises properly, it was terrible for transforming their bodies and health.

Why?

Because while the gym is important, it’s what happens outside the gym that determines your results.

Q: How do I know if I’m ready to join your program? I feel I may be too busy with my kids, family, work, etc.  

As a busy entrepreneur myself, I understand your concern.

A call is a prerequisite before we prescribe a regime because health and wellness are unique to each individual and require a personalized approach.  

We need to understand your:

  • Current body type and physical state. 
  • Previous experience with any fitness regimen in the past (results, pain points, etc.). 
  • Patterns of what may or may not be working for you. 
  • Goals so that we can set milestones and realistic monthly expectations. 
  • Health issues, injuries, and existing medications. 
  • Your life and work schedule. 
  • Any obstacles that may prevent you from achieving your goals.

Q: Who will help me throughout the program?

Q: What benefits and results can I expect from the Unstoppable After 40 Program? 

Results vary, but most clients report these positive outcomes in the first 90 days: 

First 30 days:

Q: What is the recommended age range for the Unstoppable After 40 Program members? Is there an age restriction? 

Although the Unstoppable After 40 Program is a personalized program, it uses techniques and therapeutics developed for a very specific target audience. Consequently, you must be 38 years or older to be considered for the program. Our best results are for clients in their 40s and 50s. 

 

Q: What biomarkers does the Unstoppable After 40 Program check during the lab testing? 

 Compared to mainstream medicine, we assume a more comprehensive posture on your health data and track more than 80 biomarkers. Further, while most biomarker ranges are focused on diagnosing disease, our objective is to identify optimal levels for peak performance. For example, the traditional ‘normal’ range for vitamin D is 30-100 ng/ml, however, for performance, research suggests 80-120 ng/ml is more optimal. Our diagnostics aren’t just a snapshot of your health; they are an ongoing analysis of your projected peak levels across the board and how to achieve them. 

 

Q: Do I need a gym membership? What kind of fitness equipment is required? 

No, a gym membership is not necessary, although we will work with you to structure your routine for a gym if that’s your preference.  

 We provide 3 options to our clients for a personalized workout program: 

 Option #1: To train at home, start by sending us a photo of your equipment. We will make any recommendations needed for your setup, and then design a program based accordingly. Equipment can be as simple as resistance bands or even your furniture at home.  

Option #2: If you have a gym membership, we will ask you to send us the name and location of your gym. We will do our best to research the facility to understand the equipment available to you. 

Option #3: We can also design a hybrid approach for clients who want some gym time and some time at home working out.  

Keep in mind your plan can be adjusted to fit your life. If you move, or if you’re traveling, staying in hotels, or want to work out outdoors, our program will adapt to your lifestyle and needs. 

 

Q: Does the Unstoppable After 40 Program work for women, too? 

The Unstoppable After 40 Program is primarily geared towards the physiology of men over 40. We do selectively coach spouses, significant others, and family members as well. Please contact us for more information. 

 

Q: Who is the ideal candidate to benefit from the Unstoppable After 40 Program

The Unstoppable After 40 Program is a personalized program designed to benefit a wide range of men. Ideally, our clients are 40+ year-old males: 

  • Who are accustomed to exercise but are seeking a new approach to fitness that is designed for their age, body limitations (aches, pains, and injuries), and busy schedule. 
  • Who have been prioritizing business (or career) over their health and are now finally looking to have as much success with their health as they do with their wealth.  
  • Who’re action-oriented and ready for change. 
  • Who decided to become Unstoppable in their 40s, 50s and 60s
     

Q: I have high cholesterol levels and high blood pressure; can you still coach me? 

Most of our clients due to being overweight (exclusions can apply), are experiencing these health issues. Before the official start of the program, we will develop a plan that is going to balance your cholesterol levels and blood pressure based on our initial call and the initial lab testing. On our initial call, we will dive deep into the problem, and we will be able to tell you the actions we will take to solve these issues. 

 

Q: Are there dietary restrictions? 

No. We work with you to fit your lifestyle. 

 

Q: What’s the next level of fitness beyond the Unstoppable After 40 Program? 

To expand your health span AND lifespan; In other words, to get in the best shape of your life, become your best version, enjoy your 40s,50s, and 60s to the fullest, and leave a legacy that you’re proud of. Our program has 3 levels and when you schedule a call with us, we can explain more. 

 

Q: I have lower back pain, knee pain, and joint issues. Can you still coach me? 

Many of our clients experience these exact issues. Our ability to help you depends on the intensity of the discomfort you’re experiencing, your current treatment plan, the medications you’re taking, and, finally, your goals.  

Nonetheless, our programs are fully personalized, so when you tell us about any issues, we consider those in building our program for you. 

This will be discussed in our initial call, and we will be able to assess whether we can approve you for the program and the approach we will take with your condition.  

Plus, Ted is specialized in injuries, aches, and pains in training, because of his injuries at an early age he had to learn how to treat them, so he could still get in shape. Furthermore, he went to learn from the world’s renowned experts about the best ways to get in shape and stay pain-free.
