Brief Bio:

Dr. Karl Nadolsky, DO, is a second-year endocrinology fellow in Alexandria, Va. Dr. Nadolsky graduated from Michigan State University in 2003 with a degree in exercise physiology and as a 4 year starter on the varsity

wrestling team was a 4 time NCAA qualifier, academic all-American, and served as the strength & nutrition coach for one year. He graduated from Nova Southeastern College of Osteopathic Medicine in 2008 then completed internship and residency in internal medicine in Portsmouth, Va graduating in 2011, and is board certified in internal medicine by the American Board of Internal Medicine.

Following residency, Dr. Nadolsky became certified in obesity medicine byhe American Board of Obesity Medicine and has worked with his brother developing www.DocsWhoLift.com  to serve as an educational platform on lifestyle as medicine for patients and clients along with www.LeanerLiving.com  which they cofounded and formulated their own brand of nutritional supplements.
