"How do you condition your mind to achieve something when you don't really believe you can? So lets say I have a vision to open my own fitness studio and be successful in business. But I wonder if I have what it takes to be successful. Like am I that sort of person who can lead and run a fitness business and do I have the skills needed. Coming from a person who was previously introverted and shy. It like who's the person I need to become to do that. That make sense?
