Ask Ted 73: The Best Exercises to Build Your Abs, When (Or If) You Drink Your Protein Shake, and The Top Workouts to Build Muscle

I received some excellent questions from Legendary Life listeners about which exercises are the best for building your abs. But I also go on to tell you how frequently you should train them as well as where to put your abdominal in your workouts.

The second question is about what situations I recommend you use protein powder. And I tell you my favorite brand.

The last question is about the best ways to split your workout up to build muscle. He also asks me about my opinion regarding a workout split that Tim Ferris recommended.

I’ll answer all those and more in this episode of Ask Ted on the Legendary Life Podcast.
