Podcast Transcription: Are You on Track in 2025? How to Achieve Your Fitness Goals in Q2

Ted Ryce: The end of the first quarter of 2025 is in the books, and I wanna ask you, how are your results so far? How much weight have you lost since January? How much have your energy levels improved? How well are you fitting into your clothes? How good do you feel looking at yourself in the mirror in the morning?

And perhaps most importantly of all, how much are you stepping up and taking care of yourself so that you can take care of the people who depend on you? Look, if you're not happy with any of those answers to those questions I asked you, there's still time to change, but you must be willing to change your approach.

And the thing is this, there's a great saying that the past, past behavior is the best indicator of future behavior. And another way to talk about. That quote in terms of what we are talking about here is that the results you've gotten in the past three months are the best predictor of what your results will be like in the next three months.

In fact, the past three months, that's the best case scenario, right? You start out at the beginning of the year full of energy because New Year, new you, and then things kind of change things, kind of the motivation wanes. So that means if you didn't make any progress or you're not happy with your progress, you're probably gonna continue on that same path unless you change what you're doing.

The strategy we use in my program, is that simple. We match a nutrition and exercise program with where people are at in their life. So what does that look like? You might ask, well, my 52-year-old client, Barbara lost 23 pounds since joining my program in late December, and she's achieved that while going through the busiest time of year.

She works in public accounting. I can't tell you how crazy her schedule is. Sleepless nights, and you know how, you know how people are with turning in their taxes on time. But to take it a step more serious here, she dealt with some, some family members who were in the hospital in particular, her husband had a heart attack while we were working together.

Despite those challenges, she still managed to create a incredible change in her body and health. And we only use walking office workouts and small tweaks to her nutrition. And I asked her. What do you think about the timing of when you started? Because when Barbara first started with me, she said, oh, I don't know if it's the right time right now because I'm going into the busiest season of the year. It gets so crazy.

I don't know if I should do it. Ted is what she told me. And I said, Hey, it's very simple, you know? Uh, well, I'll just tell you what she said when I asked her. Okay. How do you feel about that now? She's like, I'm so glad I got that headstart. I didn't see, obviously didn't see what would happen with my husband.

Her daughter was also hospitalized and she said, I'm so glad I got a headstart. I don't think I would've even been able to do this after the busy season. It's so stressful. And she also told me I would've never believed results like this were possible with so little disruption to her life. I love hearing that because that's what I pride myself in.

It's making small changes. The, it's the 80 20%, right? The Pareto principle, it's the 20% that gets the 80% of results, and that's what we focus on. But it needs to be put into the context of your life. If you think you're gonna work out five times a week, or I'll, I'll just tell you like this, if I get a client.

They tell me, okay, I'll do whatever you want. Just tell me what to do. Okay. How about working out five times a week? Oh, yeah. Okay. Let's do it. Okay. How confident are you can make that happen on a scale of one to 10? Hmm. And I say not just confident, you can make it happen, but confident you can make it happen most of the weeks of the rest of this year.

Hmm. Ah, I would say probably a six. Okay. We're not doing five times a week. Then I start you with where you're at and then build upon there. It works so well and it worked like gangbusters for Barbara. I don't think I've ever said that before, but it reminds me of, of old friend of mine used to say that all the time works like gangbusters.

I don't even know what gangbusters are, but, um. My client, Trevor, was in a different situation. He dropped 22 pounds and achieved 12% body fat. It's so impressive what he's been able to do. It's the leanest he's ever been in his entire life.

He said, even when I was a teenager, I, I wasn't as lean as I am now. So he's leaner than he is ever been in his entire life, has abs for the first time in his entire life, at least with veins on them like he has now. And let me tell you, his wife Julie, is very happy. She's actually the one shout out to you, Julie, if you're listening.

She's actually the one that had Trevor join. Trevor doesn't even listen to the podcast, at least I don't think so, but uh, his wife, Julie. Was a long time listener and she got Trevor to join the program, and so Trevor's got a busy situation too. He's got three kids, a successful career in real estate, a a beautiful, wonderful wife, supportive wife, and he went through a major change in his career while working together with me.

And he told me, because I was curious, Trevor, are you okay? Or you're, you're really going through a lot of stress right now. And he told me, I'm so glad I have you in this program to focus on during this stressful transition. I don't know what I would've done had we not been working together. I mean, what he would've done with his health, the guy's a rockstar.

He would've been fine professionally no matter what, but would he have ended up in the place where he ended up with. His body and health. Hmm. He wasn't getting there anyway, so that kind of answers the question, and I've got other clients who are killing it too.

Lisa lost 15 and a half pounds. She started on January 30th.

Kyle lost 19 pounds, started on February 25th. Jesse lost 14 pounds, started on February 11th. And look, I feel like I'm starting to sound like an infomercial, . I know it's hard out there to figure out who should you trust, who should you listen to, who's worth investing in, especially if you're the type of person, you're looking for a coach.

You've worked with coaches in different capacities in your life, and you're looking for the best of the best. And so that's what, that's who I am talking to right here. And I want to tell you, all my clients, they did this without giving up their favorite foods. No weird diets, killing themselves with workouts in the gym.

And if you feel like you need to do that stuff to get in shape, that's kind of why you keep failing. One of the most common problems I see with my high performing clients is they. They take on too much. They do strict diets and crazy workout routines, and they're in the zone, but then it's just unsustainable and you gotta stop.

I've even had a client who kept it up for years, but it eventually failed for him. That's why we need the flexibility, and that's what I teach you how to do. I teach you how to live your life and be lean. That's what I do here. I don't tell you how to, you don't need anyone to tell you, Hey, give up everything that you like doing.

Go to bed at 8:00 PM every night. Only eat chicken and broccoli and brown rice and lift weights every day and cardio in between, right? Like you don't need someone to tell you that, but if you're looking for someone who can help you dial in a specific program based on your life, based on the time availability, availability that you have based on your.

Body and your limitations. Oh, you got the bum knee, the bummed shoulder, the back pain, whatever it is. I can help you with that and I can help you get into the best shape of your life. Maybe not get back to that 500 pound deadlift you were doing. That's not what I mean. But I'm talking health wise. I'm talking energy wise.

I'm talking waking up in the morning, seeing yourself in the mirror, feeling amazing and going and crushing your day after. I mean, how would you feel if that were your, your reality? And just to let you know, our clients, they lose four to six pounds in the first week and up to 30 pounds, and we've even had someone do 40, but very rare, uh, 40 pounds in four months.

But I wanna repeat that first part again. Four to six pounds In the first week, I prove to you that this what I do works. And I know people don't believe me when I say that, but if you look at my client's stats, which I post up online, you'll see the big drop in the first week and it never comes back up again.

So when I said, you still have time, I wasn't blowing smoke. You do, but you must be willing to change your approach. And a strategy like the one I laid out for you. It doesn't take long to get going, but it takes some work. The good news is it's probably 10 times simpler than what you're doing now, and it works better than anything you've ever done

And what I do work so well because of this.. I've interviewed hundreds of experts, been to so many seminars, got so many certifications. But most importantly, I've been working with clients for a really long time.

It's just hard to be bad, uh, when you do that. And in that time I figured out how to apply principles to anyone's situation regardless of how busy they are, injuries, what they have going on. I've trained people in wheelchairs. Folks, actually got my dad out of a wheelchair after he had a knee replacement surgery and got 'em walking with a cane.

And I've done it for, I've helped people all over the world from. From CFOs in London to business consultants in Singapore to executives in America, you name it. And the bottom line is this. It's the best body transformation system out there for high performers. And so to prove it to you, let's book a call and talk.

Here's how it works. You tell me everything you're trying to accomplish. We'll talk about what's getting in the way, and then we will, we'll game plan a strategy to get you to your results fast. You don't have to abandon the goals you set for yourself and if you're willing to try an a, a new approach, endless possibilities are open to you in the next few months.

It can still happen in Q2, but only if you're willing to make a change and get the help you need. Otherwise, I guarantee you'll stay stuck. In fact, I have clients who come to me eventually. They've been listening to the podcast for years. Years, and maybe that's you listening right now. And they finally join and they're, and they tell me the same thing.

I can't believe I took this long to get started. It's way easier than I thought. So if you watch our success stories, if you look at the reviews people have written about me, I don't just transform bodies, I change lives. And that's really the secret behind body transformation. You can't just change your body with diet and exercise.

You have to create massive psychological change. You have to create transformation on every level. And most of the people who came to me, 'cause maybe that sounds like a, a tall order, but most of the people who came to me came to me, lost, confused, hopelessly stuck. And I introduced them to just how simple transforming their body can be and they never looked back.

So if that sounds good for you, let's hop on and find out if you're a good fit. For the program and I'm a good fit for you, go to legendarylifepodcast.com/apply.
